In the week of "LIVE" weekly concept.
All novices started their day by doing morning chanting. Today, Venerable Bhikkhu Bhuddharakkhita also went out to receive food-offerings with all novices. There were novices' families and local people coming to give alms to the monks and novices eventhough it was raining. Then the novices asked for permission to service the monastic mentors by cleaning their feet.
In the Dhamma practice class, they learned about the basic rules of training to be novices and practice meditation. After that, the monastic mentors tought them how to do brooms by themselves.
After the class, it was the meal time, the monks and novices did chanting and blessing before eating foods.
In the afternoon class "Learning Process", they learned and create their own mindful arts.
After the class, they had refreshments with monastic mentors. They then helped the monastic mentors sweep the temple before did evening chanting.
The final part is the "evening talk with the mentor", novices met Uncle Andrew Biggs again, they were very happy. Uncle Andrew wrapped up what all novices had learned in the whole day.
